This necklace is the result of a spellbound journey in Asia, more specifically, India and Sri Lanka. The overwhelming richness of the colours of the spice and silk markets together with the opulence of the historical architecture was literally engulfing my senses. There was so much sophisticated chromatic aesthetic. Colour are basically the core of daily and religious life. I felt the need to capture that narrative and treasure it forever.
